- Low inlet pressure required for natural gas – 7 to 13 inches of water column
- Battery is provided in a tray inside the Enclosure.
- Doors are fitted with high quality EPDN gaskets to avoid leakage of sound.
- Sound proofing of enclosure is done with high quality rock wool / foam.
- Rock wool is further covered with fiberglass sheet and perforated powder coated sheet.
- A special Residential silencer is provided to control exhaust noise.
- Specially designed sound attenuators are provided to control sound at air entry & exit points inside the Enclosure.
- To make the system vibration free, engine and alternator (Single Bearing) are mounted on specially designed anti-vibration pads mounted on base frame.
- The enclosure is designed and layout of the equipment is such that there is easy access to all serviceable parts.
- Adequate ventilation is provided to meet air requirement for combustion & heat removal.

- Base Frame: Skid mounting type base frame fabricated from suitable MS channel, machined to ensure perfect alignment of the engine & alternator with rigid construction & necessary reinforcement to ensure minimum vibration.

- AVM Pads: Suitable number of AVM pads shall be supplied
- Control Panel: Manual / Auto (Optional) with standard metering and control options like Ampere, Voltage, Frequency, Hour meter etc.
F . SOUND ATTENUATED SYSTEM
The Sound Attenuated GG sets are designed and engineered by the CAD / CAM experts conforming to international standards and achieving Noise level of 75 dB(A) at a distance of 1 Meter in open environment.
The system is made of high-class sheet metal fabricated panels of 14 / 16 / 18 G thickness having modular construction with multi-fold sheet channels & ISMC section for ease of assembly and dismantling, and high quality Fireproof Acoustic material i.e. Rock Wool (75-100 mm thick having 48-96 kg/m3 density) / Foam.
