FU absorber product line is a complete range of high Performance Pyramidal Microwave Absorbers. Available in wide range of thickness and absorbencies. Variety of thickness gives the chamber designer the opportunity to choose grades appropriate for specific frequencies and incidence angles. Constructed using low density, flexible foam, impregnated with a carbon black formulation to achieve the desired electrical performance. The pyramidal structure gives it the geometrical matching and the carbon dispersed gives the attenuation required. They provide Engineers with the building blocks needed in the design and construction of RF absorbing surface used in Anechoic Chambers, Antenna Assemblies and Microwave Measuring facilities. |

Features:
- Absorption over a wide frequency range.
- Long product life.
- High performance, up to –50 dB attenuation.
- These absorbers are supplied with a fire retardant finish.
Areas of Application
Broadband absorbers from 0.5 GHz to 40 GHz suitable for in-door measurements are used in making Microwave Anechoic Chambers for performing measurements like RCS, Antenna pattern etc. These are used for obtaining Quiet Zones in very wide frequency range. PU foam based broadband absorbers are of following type
- Convoluted Absorber
- Wedge type absorber
- Walk-on absorber
- Multilayer absorber
- We have specialization in coir sheet Absorbers
- Ferrite Tiles

Polyurethane foam based free space microwave absorbers for anechoic chambers and moving screens etc:
We make full line of P.U. foam based pyramidal, wedge and flat and walk-on absorbers. We undertake the projects on turn key basis, including design of chambers, supply of absorbers, installation and characterization of the chambers for specific applications.
- Wedge Shaped have maximum performance at Grazing incidence Angles
- Weather resistant in capsulated in a fabric for outdoor applications.
- Flexible flat electrically graded multilayered absorbers.
- Flammable ones, absorption efficiency matches to their counterparts.
- Reducing crosstalk between adjacent antennas
- Shrouding antennas to improve the antenna pattern
- Absorbing undesired back lobes
- Selective shadowing of parts of a target for RCS measurements
- Absorbing blankets for testing radar systems without harm to personnel.
- Effectiveness of Antennas
- Shadowing of post and supports in Anechoic Chambers
Shielding Effectiveness
Shielding better than -100 dB can be provided by using butt welding, hermetically seam welding of GI Sheets or by using modular steel panels and supporting Steel Structure
Following are the shielding Components :
- Shielding Door's
- EMI/EMC CCTV Camera
- Shielding Curtains
- Electrical Illumination having Automatic Lowering Mechanism.
- Shielding Window
- EMI/EMC Power Line Filters
- Air conditioning Honeycomb Vent
