Houses have a shelf life of 50 years , made up of PU Foam , which ensures a cooler environment with Delta 8 deg Celsius As PU foam is a Heat Insulator and rejects the sun load directly from the surface bringing down the heat load and inside temperature of the house by 8 deg Celsius
The Modular construction allows you to move and replenish the home and re-install them anywhere in future when it is required
